Why Us

Smart Solutions. Better Care.

We help reduce hospital readmissions and improve patient outcomes with expert bedside care and collaborative treatment planning. Our services save facilities time and cost by using in-formulary dressings and offering a Dressing Dispensing Program. Documentation is completed same-day and Medicare-compliant. In the nursing home, we treat all patients regardless of financial status—with services billable to insurance. Our services aim to proactively prevent amputations, sepsis, hospitalizations, readmissions, and improve the quality of patients’ lives.

Retention & Occupancy

The care we deliver upon patient hospital discharge, including bedside procedures, will reduce your hospital readmission rates and improve your wound outcomes.

Save Time & Resources

We use dressings that are already in your facilities formulary, there’s no additional cost to you. Dressings can also be provided as part of our Dressing Dispensing Program.

Documentation

Reports will be on the chart the very same day. EMR and paper documentation are routinely updated to reflect Medicare guidelines.

Education

Our providers round with treatment nurses at bedside, and deliver treatment plans. We provide in-person and online modalities of education to meet your needs.

Amputation Prevention

We treat all wounds. When it comes to lower extremity wounds, every patient will be evaluated for vascular compromise and treated under our Amputation Prevention program.

No Patient Left Behind

We see all patients regardless of financial standing in the nursing home. Additionally, all our services are billable through physician services.
