Advanced wound care, wound assessment classification, quality assurance, skin substitutes, weekly wound rounds, skin sweeps, tailored risk assessments, education and in-servicing, detailed same day documentation, electronic health records, and more!
What types of wounds do you treat?
We treat all wounds, including diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, venous and arterial ulcers, surgical wounds, and more. For lower extremity wounds, every patient undergoes a vascular evaluation as part of our Amputation Prevention program.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We work with Medicare, Medicaid, and all major commercial payers—plus most managed care and industrial plans. Our billing team handles the claims process end-to-end, so you won’t encounter surprise facility fees. If you have a self-pay or workers’ compensation question, just let us know and we’ll walk you through the options.

What courses are currently offered?
We offer the CalWound Professional Training & Education program—a comprehensive wound-care curriculum approved for 30 CEUs. Check our Training & Education page for dates and additional specialized modules (e.g., hyperbarics, amputation prevention, G-tube care).
Who is eligible to enroll?
Any licensed clinician (RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs, PTs, OTs, etc.) seeking wound-care continuing education may enroll. No prior wound-care certification is required, though basic familiarity with anatomy and physiology is assumed.
How do I register?
Go to calwound.com/educational-courses/ in your browser.
Choose the session(s) you’d like to enroll in.
Fill out the registration form—have your clinical license number, licensing board, facility / agency name, and administrator information on hand.
Enter payment details or apply your coupon code to confirm your spot.
Once your registration is complete, you’ll be able to access your course materials ASAP!
What is the cost and payment policy?
Course fees vary by format and are due in full at the time of registration. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Affirm, Klarna, and can invoice institutional accounts upon request.
